Benchmark was founded in 1993 with the vision of providing professional construction services that place an emphasis on creativity and integrity. By forming partnerships with design professionals, subcontractors and vendors, we are able to deliver projects in a timely and cost effective manner, while establishing relationships with clients that are based on mutual trust and respect.

Today's economic conditions challenge any construction project and judicious use of every dollar is critical. Benchmark knows that the involvement of a qualified Construction Manager during pre-planning and design, ensures the best outcome. Delivering a project on-time or ahead of schedule is crucial to controlling and reducing costs. Benchmark's disciplined and detailed approach to scheduling means that projects are completed on-time.

We are committed to sustainable design and construction.  We have LEED accredited professionals on staff and are active members of the United States Green Building Council as well as the Maine Chapter.
