Gorham Bike & Ski – Portland, Maine

Completed in December of 2008, Benchmark negotiated with Gorham Bike and Ski owner, Jamie Wright to renovate a former doctors office into their newest location on Congress Street.

Renovations included complete interior demolition of an existing space, significant structural modifications & improvements to a 70 year old building, followed by reconstruction.

The project had a 6 week time frame for completion, with a goal of being open for business before ‘black friday’.

Unique features included a concrete floor that was stained, store front planters utilizing the existing foundation and custom made windows.

Gorham Bike & Ski has locations in Jackson, NH and Saco, Maine.
