As Construction Management Advisors for Lapoint Industries, Benchmark oversaw production from start to finish of the facility’s new 73,750 SF Murox® Building structural system. Additions were developed into the structural systems with relocatable walls for phase II and III expansion at 13,750 square feet each.

Benchmark prepared the scope of work for bid documents, solicited and reviewed bids, and made recommendations to the owner for subcontractors. They prepared and oversaw a 7 month construction schedule to ensure timely execution of each phase of work and completion of construction as projected by January 2001.

Lapoint Industries manufactures bags, pressure vessels, and bulk packaging for liquid, dissolved metal chemicals, and other environmental products.
