Lisbon Town Hall

Lisbon Town Hall
Benchmark constructed a new town hall and adjacent police station for Lisbon, Maine. The town hall includes offices for the town manager, planning department, engineering, tax assessor, and town clerk as well as a public meeting room. The police station includes offices, a dispatch center, and a holding cell with a sallyport, which is a secure garage that allows police to drive in and transfer a prisoner directly through booking and on to the holding cell.

As General Contractors for the new Lisbon Town Hall and Police Station, Benchmark was responsible for all aspects of construction under the lump sum competitive contract.

Working with Semple and Drane Architects of Portland, Benchmark completed this project in April of 2000.
