Kennebunk Savings Bank Financial Center

Benchmark completed the new 21,289sf Kennebunk Savings Financial Center in August of 2004.

Construction of the financial facility began in the fall with concrete and steel continuing through the winter. A combination of structural steel, wood wall panels and wood trusses were used for the building shell. Exterior finishes include cedar shingles, cedar trim and curved brick walls accenting the exterior.

Working as Construction Manager, Benchmark completed the project under the original conceptual project budgets.
