Operating as Construction Manager, Benchmark completed a 12,500sf Rite Aid located in Kennebunk  in 1997.

All Rite Aid stores adhere to strict design and construction guidelines set by the parent company, while integrating with the architectural style of the site. This clapboard sided store utilized traditional New England design elements and building materials.
