Kennebunk Medical Center

Benchmark completed a new 18,780sf medical office building in Kennebunk, Maine for the offices of PrimeCare and Southern Maine Medical Center. The two story Murox® structural system was phased to assist the schedules of the owner and tenants.

The second floor PrimeCare space was completed prior to commencement of the Southern Maine Medical Center space on the first floor. The phased construction and occupancy required close coordination of the work in order to satisfy the local authorities and to keep disruption to the occupied medical staff and patients to a minimum.
