Completed in January 2008, renovations to occupied space included conversion of two units to ADA living units. New roofing, windows, and roof line trim were added. The parking lot was reworked to raise elevation above water table with new drain basins, water and sewer lines. Renovations were made in the community building, as well as the installation of new kitchen cabinets and appliances at several units.
