Edgewood Apartments – Kennebunk, Maine

In May 2008, Benchmark completed this new Handicapped housing apartment building in Kennebunk, Maine. Built on a tight budget and ahead of schedule in eight months, the HUD financed project was constructed on a one acre lot in a developed area of Kennebunk.

It offers fourteen single and one double bedroom apartments to house independently living handicapped adults. The apartments are fully wheelchair accessible including baths, kitchens and storage. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities, community room with patio and outdoor grill and access to a maintained wheelchair accessible nature trail.
