Euphoria Spa – Westbrook, Maine

This was the second project Benchmark completed for this client. After a successful renovation of a salon in the Maine Mall, the customer contracted to build out an existing retail location for their newest salon in Westbrook.

The project consisted of a new storefront, interior fit-up, and the construction of two steam rooms. Benchmark worked closely with the owner and landlord to coordinate plumbing and electrical connections for furnishings. Customized millwork was also created to meet the needs of the client. The HVAC system was specifically designed to ensure that fumes from the manicure area were isolated from the treatment rooms.

Benchmark value engineered the project to reduce costs and meet the client’s budget. The client had complete trust and confidence in Benchmark’s ability to stay within budget without sacrificing quality.

This full service salon features several manicure stations, adult & child pedicure chairs, steam rooms, as well as massage and waxing areas.
