Augusta Crossing – Augusta, Maine

In 2007, Benchmark negotiated the construction of Augusta’s newest shopping center, Augusta Crossing. Very visible from I-95, it was built on a challenging site which required extensive ledge removal. Augusta Crossing is comprised of over 98,000sf of retail space and is host to AC Moore, Best Buy and Staples.

Developed by Packard Development of Newton, MA and designed by Port City Architects of Portland, ME. This was Benchmark’s second project with Packard Developement.

The $5 million dollar project was completed ahead of schedule and met the targeted budget.
