T & C Nails - South Portland, Maine

Benchmark served in the Design/Build capacity to renovate an existing 2,600sf tenant space in the Maine Mall to relocate T & C Nails.

This larger, custom designed space was completed in just over a  month. The new tenant space is specifically tailored around the specialty services offered. The new space offers waxing and massage rooms, 14 new pedicure chairs and 16 manicure tables.

This was the first of two salons we have completed for this customer.
