Property Services
The Property Services division of our company specializes in smaller projects in the $50,000 to $750,000 range. Typically these projects are existing structures that need to be upgraded or converted to a different use and are sometimes occupied spaces. Often these structures are not well documented.
We provide design when necessary, assistance in reviewing the property’s condition, permitting, estimating, and construction services.
The goal for our property services division is to assure the client that their project will be professionally managed and that they will receive unparalleled attention to detail no matter how small the project.
