Midcoast Federal Credit Union

7,423 square foot interior fit-up , of the former Freeport Retail Building (Chilton Furniture) building project that BENCHMARK constructed in 2006. The building on Main Street in Freeport remained empty after its construction in 2006 due to the devastating recession until 2016 when it was purchased by Midcoast Federal Credit Union for a new branch. Other projects for the credit union include locations in Ellsworth, Thomaston, Bath and Edgecomb.

Atlantic Federal Credit Union

BENCHMARK has constructed several new financial institutions for Atlantic Credit Union, formerly York County Credit Union. Sanford, Saco and York, Maine, plus interior renovations for their locations in Freeport and Brunswick.
