Victorian charm was retained in the design of this project.   The architects and project manager worked hard to incorporate  important historic details such as brick, pre-cast, granite posts and ornamental railings along with copper roof details. In addition to its pleasing architectural appearance, the building was designed to LEED energy efficiency.
