BENCHMARK completed the construction of a 6,000-square foot dining hall addition to the Salvation Army’s
Adult Rehabilitation Center on Preble Street in Portland. In addition to the dining hall, a new apartment was
added to the building as well as other renovations to ensure ADA accessibility between the existing facility and
new addition.
